JP Murphy Bros Ltd was established in 1998 by John Murphy who at that stage had already gained many years experience fabricating and erecting farm and industrial buildings through his previous employment. Having started fabricating in a workshop at home as a sole trader, John made the decision in 1998 to expand in an effort to satisfy increasing customer numbers. Land was acquired and new custom fitted premises were built. John’s brother Patrick came into the business soon after and this allowed for further growth.
